◉
Eligibility
Who can participate
- All participants must be registered on the Prophecy Esports website with a verified account.
- Teams must be created and registered through the Teams page at least 24 hours before tournament start.
- Players may only compete for one team per tournament. Competing under multiple teams results in immediate disqualification of both teams.
- Prophecy Esports staff members are not permitted to compete in tournaments they are administering.
- Age restriction: participants must be 13 years of age or older.

Registration & Entry
How to enter a tournament
- Registration requires full team roster submission and payment of the entry fee before the registration deadline.
- Entry fees are non-refundable once a tournament bracket has been generated, except in cases of tournament cancellation.
- Rosters are locked at bracket generation — substitutes must be listed at registration time.
- Teams that fail to pay entry fees will be removed from the bracket and replaced by the next eligible team on the waitlist.
◈
Match Scheduling
Timing and readiness
- Teams must be online and ready within 15 minutes of the scheduled match time. Failure to appear results in a forfeit.
- Match reschedules must be agreed by both team leaders and confirmed with a tournament admin at least 2 hours in advance.
- All match results must be reported with screenshot proof within 30 minutes of match completion.
- If a match cannot be played due to server issues on Prophecy's side, it will be rescheduled at no penalty to either team.
★
Technical Issues
Disconnects and server problems
- Disconnects in Search & Destroy: If a disconnect occurs before the round ends, the round is replayed at the discretion of an admin.
- Disconnects in Hardpoint: If a disconnect occurs in the first 60 seconds, the game may be restarted. After 60 seconds, the game continues.
- Teams are allowed one 10-minute technical pause per match. Additional pauses require admin approval.
- Intentional disconnecting to avoid a loss will result in a match forfeit and potential ban.

Map Selection Procedure
How maps are chosen in a series
- Best of 1: Higher seed selects map. Lower seed selects starting side.
- Best of 3: Each team bans one map from the pool. Remaining map is Game 1. Loser picks Game 2 map, winner picks starting side. If Game 3 is needed, remaining map is played — coin flip for sides.
- Best of 5: Each team bans one map. Teams alternate picks (higher seed picks first). Decider map is the last remaining map, coin flip for sides.

Restricted Items
Banned in all competitive Hardpoint matches
- Killstreaks: Advanced UAV, Gunship, VTOL Jet, and Chopper Gunner are banned. All other non-lethal streaks must be declared to admin prior to the match.
- Lethal Equipment: Thermite and Incendiary Grenades are banned due to hill denial abuse.
- Specialist Bonus: All specialist bonuses are banned in competitive HP.
- Exploit Abuse: Intentional hill denial through out-of-bounds positions or unintended geometry results in immediate round loss.
- Best of 1: Higher seed selects map. Lower seed selects starting spawn.
- Best of 3: Each team bans one map. Remaining map is Game 1. Loser picks Game 2 from remaining pool. Decider is last remaining map.
- Best of 5: Alternating map picks, higher seed picks first. Decider is the remaining unpicked map.
Section 4
4v4 Format
The standard competitive format for Prophecy Esports tournaments. Mirrors the professional Call of Duty League structure.
Max Roster
6 (incl. 2 subs)
Sub Swaps
Between maps only
Team Leader
Required — map selection
Mode Order
HP → SnD → HP → SnD → HP
- Teams are not permitted to play with fewer than 4 players at any point during a live match. A player disconnect with no available sub results in a forfeit for that map.
- Starting side selection in SnD: the team with the higher seed chooses Attack or Defence for Round 1.
- Substitutions must be declared to an admin before the next map loads. Undeclared substitutions result in a map loss.
- In a Best of 5, the overall map loser selects the next map from the remaining pool, winner picks starting side.
Section 5
6v6 Format
An expanded community format designed for larger team events. Commonly used for community open brackets and casual invitationals.
Max Roster
8 (incl. 2 subs)
Sub Swaps
Between maps only
Mode Order
HP → SnD → HP → SnD → HP
- Teams may play with a minimum of 5 players if a disconnect occurs mid-match. Playing with 4 or fewer results in an admin-discretion forfeit.
- All 4v4 item restrictions apply to 6v6 unless explicitly noted otherwise in tournament-specific rules.
- Hardpoint hill sizes may be adjusted in 6v6 tournaments to prevent spawn trapping — this will be declared before the tournament begins.
- SnD round limit in 6v6 remains first to 6, however the admin may extend to first to 7 for specific community tournaments — check individual tournament rules.
Section 6

- Communication: Team leaders are the sole representatives during admin interactions. Only team leaders may contact admins regarding disputes.
- Stream Sniping: If a team or player is found to be stream sniping, the match will be forfeited and the offending team banned from the current tournament.
- Cheating: Any use of external software, aimbots, wallhacks, or aim-assist manipulation results in a permanent ban from all Prophecy Esports events and will be reported to the game publisher.
- Account Sharing: Using another player's account is strictly prohibited. Identity verification may be requested.
- All disputes must be raised within 10 minutes of the disputed event via the contact form or directly to an admin in Discord.
- Disputes must include screenshot or video evidence. Disputes without evidence will not be considered.
- Admin decisions are final. Appeals may be submitted to [email protected] within 48 hours of the ruling.
- Admins reserve the right to replay rounds or maps in the event of verified technical failures or rule violations.
- Prize disputes will be handled by the Tournament Director and resolved within 7 business days.
◈
